If you want to send something back to us, please let us know via mail at info@wildebrasbierbrouwers.nl. Always add your ordernumber. We will get in contact as soon as possible. 

As soon as we have received the returned item, your money will be transferred back to your bank account. We will send you a notice as soon as this is done. In case you have not had notice after three working days, please contact us. Be aware; shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Fourteen days after purchase it is not possible to return any items.

Returns will only be accepted if unopened and in the original packaging.
